Skill-Oriented Up-skilling Programmes (Session 2026–27) offered by the
Centre for Innovation, Emerging Skills & Entrepreneurship Development (CIESED).
These are NSQF-aligned programmes of one year (two semesters), with the option of a
Certificate at Exit-1 (six months) or a One-Year Diploma at Exit-2.
Applications are submitted through the SAMARTH Portal.
Eligibility (a 3-year Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised Institution / University,
with stream requirements that vary by programme) and full course details are available on the
