Tuition-fee waivers awarded on the basis of national entrance rank. B.Tech. applicants with an All India Rank (CRL) up to 30,000 in JEE (Main) receive a full tuition-fee waiver for the first 5 semesters (up to 50,000 for 4 semesters; up to 1,00,000 for 3 semesters). Similar rank-based waivers apply to B.Arch. (NATA/JEE Paper-2) and percentile-based waivers to MBA (CAT/MAT/CMAT). The waiver continues subject to maintaining a minimum 7.50 CGPA with no backlog.
The top 10% meritorious students in each class (minimum SGPA of 8.50 in the previous semester and no backlog) receive a tuition- and hostel-fee waiver ranging from 10% to 100%. Students from an economically weaker background (annual family income up to Rs. 2,00,000) who secure a CGPA of 9.00 or above are eligible for 100% financial assistance.
"Shakti" Scholarship for Meritorious Girl Students
To encourage women in engineering, the top 2 meritorious girl students in the B.Tech. programme each semester (SGPA of 8.50 or above with no backlog) receive Rs. 30,000 per semester — Rs. 1,20,000 over the year.
Full-time Ph.D. scholars qualified through UGC-NET/GATE receive a monthly assistantship of Rs. 25,000 (Years 1–2) and Rs. 28,000 (Year 3), along with an annual contingency grant, as per University norms.
